Welcome to Blue Point Art Gallery London
BLUE POINT ART is a London-based creative hub operating at the crossroads of contemporary art, cultural research, publishing and education. We develop projects that bring together artistic practice, curatorial production and public engagement—ranging from exhibitions hosted in our browser-based 3D Virtual Blue Point Art Gallery (BPA) to academic and cultural events, publications, and digital formats that expand how art can be encountered, interpreted and shared.
Our work is distinctly interdisciplinary and research-led, combining visual art and literature with approaches drawn from art research and the digital humanities. We explore how emerging technologies—particularly XR (extended reality), VR, and immersive web-based environments—can open new pathways for cultural participation, heritage interpretation, and innovative forms of artistic storytelling, documentation and dissemination.
We collaborate with artists, writers, researchers, educators and cultural institutions to design programmes that are accessible while remaining conceptually rigorous. Our activity includes curated exhibitions, public programmes and artist-led workshops that support creative experimentation and skills development, including sessions focused on literary and artistic heritage. Workshop formats range from visual and mixed-media practice to narrative and text-based work, alongside new-media approaches that connect artistic thinking with digital tools and contemporary cultural questions.
Publishing forms a core part of our platform. We support the creation, editing and dissemination of project outputs—catalogues, essays, documentation and research-led texts—so that work developed through exhibitions, workshops and events can circulate within wider cultural and academic contexts.
We work in hybrid modes by combining online infrastructure with onsite collaboration. Alongside our virtual environments, we partner with London-based physical exhibition venues to connect in-person programming with digital presentation, enabling broader access, international participation and longer-term visibility beyond a single location.
Many of our collaborations are international in scope and are presented beyond gallery settings through conference and congress contributions, where we share both artistic outcomes and research insights with professional and academic communities.
